Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for an exchange or refund. All returns and exchanges require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to PROTEC. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at PROTEC's discretion. All items sold through Protecstore.com are subject to our Policy and Agreement Terms. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
